Question:

Do I own my domain name?

Answer:

Yes. If you are a new customer then we will register the domain name using our details in order to protect you from a large amount of spam emails and junk mail. It also allows us to make any necessary alterations to them and ensure they are renewed on time so you don't lose them. The domain names that you purchase will be listed in the hosting contract.

If you decide to move your website to another hosting provider we will change the details and move the domain names over to them without charge.

Question:

Can I move my existing domain name if you host my website?

Answer:

Yes, we will manage the transfer process to minimise your involvement. You may need to use the web interface that your domain name provider supplies in order to make the changes but we will assist you with this.

Question:

Is it possible to have more than 2 domain names?

Answer:

Yes, we purchase whichever domain name you wish (that is available) on your behalf and point it at your website. We than add a small charge to your hosting fee to cover the cost of each domain over the 2 that are included in your package.
